We offer both Standard and Express shipping options for our Australian and international
customers. Shipping costs are based on the following guide:
Australia
- Standard 3-6 Business Days, Free Delivery with no minimum order value.- Express 2-3 Business Days, $12.
International
- Standard 10-15 Business Days, free shipping on orders over $250. Under $250 will be $20.
- Express DHL, 4-5 Business Days will be $40.
Delivery fee Policy: "If you are ordering from Aya website, your order may be subject to additional tax and duties fees. Unfortunately, we don't cover tax and duties fees at this time. If you have any questions regarding tax and duties fees please get in touch with us and our customer care team.

We can’t wait to get your purchase in your hands and on your skin! Our team is incredibly efficient and your order will be packed and shipped 1-2 business days after we’ve received your payment. You’ll receive an update and tracking info via email once your order is on the way.
During busy periods, we may experience delays with getting your order ready. If this happens, we’ll let you know ASAP -
We certainly do! Simply select ‘Express Shipping’ at the checkout and your order will be in your hands within two or three days (Australia wide). International orders take a little longer, but choosing Express means your package will be with you promptly.

We typically ship orders 1-2 business days after we receive your payment, and most Australian orders will arrive 3-10 business days after they leave our warehouse. However, shipping times can vary depending on the time of year, your location, your order size and other variables which are sometimes out of our control. It’s always best to check out our [shipping info] for the latest information about shipping times.

We love saying hello and meeting our customers, but unfortunately our distribution centre doesn’t currently have a safe place to facilitate in-person pick ups.
However, if you’ve got a special request (especially stockist and wholesale requests) email us info@aya-skincare.com.au and we’ll see what we can do for you! -
That’s okay, nobody’s perfect (that’s why we made the perfect skincare range instead!)! If you made a mistake when finalising your cart / shipping details, simply send us an email info@aya-skincare.com.au ASAP with your Order Number or a copy of your email confirmation.
If your order is still in our warehouse, we can usually redirect or amend it for you. Unfortunately, we can’t change the destination or contents of your order once it leaves our warehouse. If this happens, let us know and we’ll work out an exchange for you -

Because they’re often too small for our postage boxes and not always weatherproof, we can’t
offer shipping to PO Boxes. However, there’s nothing quite like a little special delivery to get you through the workweek, so we’d love to send your goodiers to your workplace. Please be sure to pop in your office info (e.g. building or suite number) in the notes section so our couriers know who to ask for when they arrive. -
Aya products are shipped in standard branded packaging which looks as gorgeous as your skin will when you start your new regime. However, we’re givers ourselves and we know sometimes the standard options don’t quite cut it. If you’re after special inclusions such as wrapping or gift cards, please reach out via email before you place your order so we can discuss special request options. Do that info@aya-skincare.com.au.

Returns + Refund

Aya products are delicate formulations made mostly from natural ingredients. If your goodies are unopened and you’ve had a change of heart, we’re happy to refund you for your purchase. Simply email us info@aya-skincare.com.au with your Order Number and we’ll let you know where to return the package (all we ask is that you cover the cost and responsibility for the shipping).
We’re confident you’ll love your products even if you do open them to ‘give it a go’, and this is why we offer a [Money Back Guarantee]. If you’re eligible for a refund under this policy, we’ll fully refund you for the amount you paid for your item/s. All we ask is that you cover the cost and responsibility for shipping your items back to us.

The fragile and perishable nature of our naturally derived products means we can only accept
return requests for unopened products within 30 days of your order date (unless you’re
returning products under our Money Back Guarantee). -

We only ship with partners we trust, but sometimes things happen along the road (or across the seas). If your order has arrived in less than acceptable condition, please snap a few pictures (including the packaging where possible) and send them through with your Order Number info@aya-skincare.com.au. We’ll sort it out and make sure a replacement is on its way ASAP

In keeping with our commitment to punctuality, we send orders directly to the warehouse once they’re placed. As soon as payment clears, our team begins picking and packing your goodies. If you need to cancel your order and it hasn’t been picked, we should be able to put a hold on it for you. Unfortunately, once your order is packed and posted, we can’t call it back.

Aya products are designed to be inclusive of all skin types and ages. However, it’s always best to keep things as simple as possible when it comes to caring for babies’ and childrens’ delicate skin. We recommend using Aya only on people aged 13 and up. And please don’t forget to first patch test the products on your children before full use.

Great question! Aya products are best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping them this way minimises the chances for cross contamination or damage from environmental sources. As a general rule, so long as the texture, colour or smell of your products haven’t changed, they’re safe for continued use. Unopened products typically have a shelf life of 3 years if stored correctly.
